Free cancellation period

Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

No refunds

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are also non-refundable.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

At Oule Prive, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Whether due to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen events, our goal is to provide a transparent and fair cancellation policy that protects both our guests and our villa partners.

We encourage all guests to carefully review the cancellation terms outlined below before confirming a reservation. By completing a booking through Oule Prive, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Our Commitment to Fairness

At Oule Prive, we believe luxury travel should come with peace of mind. We work closely with villa owners and property managers to ensure that cancellation policies remain fair, clear, and easy to understand.

Every reservation involves preparation, scheduling, property allocation, and operational costs. For this reason, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation request.

Our support team is always available to assist guests with any questions before, during, or after the booking process.

Cancellation Schedule

More Than 14 Days Before Arrival

Guests who cancel their reservation more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date are generally eligible for a full refund of the accommodation amount, excluding payment processing fees, bank charges, and any non-refundable service fees.

This option provides maximum flexibility and allows us sufficient time to re-market the property.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during the booking process.

Please note:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Additional delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • International transactions may require additional processing time.
  • Currency exchange fluctuations may affect the final amount received.

Once a refund has been issued, guests will receive confirmation via email.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

Certain situations may fall outside the control of both Oule Prive and our guests.

Examples include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government travel restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Public health emergencies
  • Major transportation disruptions
  • Severe weather events

In these circumstances, Oule Prive reserves the right to review each case individually.

While refunds cannot always be guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative solutions, including travel credits, date changes, or other accommodations whenever possible.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

Travel insurance may provide protection for:

  • Trip cancellations
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays
  • Lost luggage
  • Unexpected interruptions

Oule Prive is not responsible for losses that would otherwise be covered by a travel insurance policy.


Property-Specific Terms

Some villas may be subject to unique cancellation conditions due to:

  • Exclusive-use agreements
  • Long-term stays
  • Holiday periods
  • Peak-season bookings
  • Special promotional rates

Where applicable, these conditions will be clearly displayed during the booking process and will supersede the standard policy outlined on this page.
